Today, we are going to read a text about Robert Green. He is an astronaut from the USA. It's very easy but be careful with the difference between DOES and DOESN'T.

Now, you go to page 63 of the Student's Book. Read the FOUR texts on exercise 5. You have to choose which picture corresponds to each paragraph and WRITE THE ANSWER IN A SHEET OF PAPER.

There are 8 sentences about the texts from exercise 5 and you decide whether they are TRUE or FALSE. The sentences are about Robert Green. WRITE TRUE OR FALSE FOR EACH SENTENCE IN A SHEET OF PAPER.

On exercise 5, you are going to listen to a text from Natalia's activities in the evenings on the different days of the week. Natalia works in a space station.

You must fill in the table with a tick or a cross depending on what you hear. 

Just fill in the boxes for the activities you hear Natalia does and doesn't do. The boxes of the activities that do not appear in the listening do not have to be filled.

Exercise 6 is about exercise 5. You must use the information from the table in exercise 5 to complete the sentences with the verbs on exercise 6.

Today, we are going to start with the listening activities. Go on page 62 of your Student's Book, exercise 3.

You will listen to the audio on exercise 3. It is a conversation between Olga and Karim about a famous astronaut. Firstly, try to follow the conversation in your book with your finger.

The second time, try to read the conversation aloud.

Finally, record an audio track.  It is better if you listen a sentence, stop and you repeat. Please, do it as many times as you need.

HOMEWORK.

1. Send the audio track reading the text from exercise 3 by email to your teacher.

2. Only read the Emma Castro's timetable on exercise 4 from page 62 of your Student's Book. Read the questions and the answers.

Does she have breakfast at seven o'clock? No, she doesn't.

Now you have to remember similar questions from the 3th course. For example, Does she like apples? Yes, she does.

It is a similar sentence structure and the answer to the questions on the 4th course are the same.

Exercise 4 is about Kevin's timetable. You also have to read Emma Castro's timetable on page 62 of your Student's Book for help.

You have to complete the questions about Kevin and circle the tick or the cross.

You also have the track of the song so you can listen to it as many times as you need. Then try singing it and you can record a video singing the song. It does not have to be whole, with one stanza is enough, please.

Firstly, you have to take a look at the pictures and try to predict what is the story about.

Try to look for the meaning of the unknown words, for example HIVE. You can listen the story on the link below.

On exercise 14 there is a tongue twister. Please, listen and try to repeat as many times as you need. Finally record an audio track of you saying the tongue twister. Do it in the same way that appear in the listening. You have to repeat the first sentence all the times.

It is a song about the picture. The first sentence is the chorus and it is repeated many times throughout the song.
Firstly, try to follow the song in your book with your finger.

The second time, try to sing the song as the same time you listen.

Finally, record an audio track or a video, singing the song. It can be recorded while listening to the song in the background and in low volume. Please, do it as many times as you need.
